Why You Can't Stick to Your Goals (It's Not a Motivation Problem)
Every goal starts the same way. You write it down, you feel good about it, and you're ready to make it happen. Then life gets busy and somehow, weeks later, you're in the same place you started.
The problem usually isn't motivation.
It's that you never turned your goal into a clear, actionable plan.
Without one, you end up figuring out what to do next on the fly. You stay busy, but busy isn't the same as focused.
If your daily actions aren't connected to what actually matters, you can fill your schedule all month and still end up exactly where you started.
Planning ahead, and with intention, changes that.
You set your goals for the month. You decide what needs to happen each week to move closer to them. Then you break everything down into daily actions, keeping your goals visible the whole time so you never lose sight of what matters.
And when life gets messy, you don't have to rely on willpower. You already know what to do. You just follow the plan.
The goal isn't to do more. It's to make sure that what you're doing actually matters.
This is what I had in mind when I built my Monthly Planner for Google Sheets.
I hope you like the template and find it useful.
