Key Features of the 12-Week Habit Tracker
1. Customizable Habit Categories
The template includes two habit tracker tables that work exactly the same way.

Each table gets tracked separately and you can name them however you prefer.
These are some examples:
- Non-Negotiable & Nice-to-Have Habits
- Daily & Non-Daily Habits
- Personal & Work Habits
- Morning & Evening Habits
2. Weekly Tracking
- Set a weekly goal for each habit (e.g., work out 5 times a week).
- Use the checkboxes to track your progress.
- Each habit will reach 100% once you check the number of boxes that matches your weekly goal.
- You can adjust your goals every week.

3. Numeric Trackers
Below each weekly habit tracker you will find a space to save numeric values (number of hours slept, pages read, steps taken, screen time, mood, etc).
- You can set a daily goal for each row and adjust it every week.
- The weekly average will be calculated automatically.
- I added two tables so you can keep the things you want to do more of and the things you want to do less of separately.

4. Weekly To-Do List & Notes Section
- Use the Weekly To-Do List to keep track of additional tasks.
- The Notes section is a great place to reflect on what you did right each week and what you can improve next week.
